It’s Drizzling Music Everyday

CHENNAI: Make merry at the metro’s comfy little hangout spot Drizzle, the Night Club that’s located on the ECR stretch. Drizzle was launched by actor Sakshi Aggarwal and Dr Manoj Beno, medical director, Billroth Hospitals, recently.

Sona Prakash, the restaurateur, tells us about the location, “We discovered that there weren’t many bars on this stretch at Neelangarai. Moreover,  a large group of youngsters enjoy visiting ECR on the weekend. As far as the location is concerned, it isn’t very far from the city. So, what people need to do is make their way in and party hard.” She adds that the pub is a tad different from the conventional ones. “We have a wonderful ambience and unlike other pubs in the city, this one offers multi-cuisine food varieties, even for the starters,” she says.

Drizzle also has a theme for each day of the week. Kicking off the week on Monday is ‘Rock Night’ - a perfect way to send those Monday blues packing. While on Tuesday it is karaoke, on Wednesday  and Thursday, it is salsa night and a performance by Chennai band respectively. Friday brings the Ladies Night and Saturdays would see irresistible smash hits playing all night. To mark the perfect end to the week, Drizzle will bring the 70s classics on Sundays. Drizzle - The Night Club is located at #2/632, Sulthan Ahamed Street, ECR, Neelangarai.
