All arrangements are in place for the conduct of Eamcet-2013 on May 10 across the state, Eamcet convener NV Ramana Rao has said.
Speaking to newsmen here Saturday, the Eamcet convener said a record number of 3.95 lakh applications were received so far for both the medical and engineering streams. He said they are expecting few more applications in the next three days as there is chance for applying with a late fee of `10,000 until May 7 for both streams. Those who apply with late fee will have to write their exam in Hyderabad, which will be held between 10 am and 1 pm for engineering stream and from 2.30 pm to 5.30 pm for agriculture and medical stream on the same day. As many as 2.9 lakh candidates applied for engineering stream and 1.05 lakh for agriculture and medicine.
The primary key would be released on May 12 and objections from students and experts would be received till May 18 on the primary key and the final key will be announced later, he said.
