Textile exhibition comes to Hyderabad

The textile exhibition ‘Silk of India’ will be held from June 7 onwards at TTD Kalyana Mandapam in Himayath Nagar. The exhibition is being organised by Poorvi arts and crafts to promote the best artisans in the country. The exhibition will showcase fabrics like Chirala, Mangalagiri, Kalamkari, Gadwal, and cotton khadi sarees from Andhra Pradesh, Kanjeevaram and Uppada from Karnataka, Chanderi sarees, Batik works, Kashmiri hand embroidered sarees, Pashmina stoles and dress materials.
