25-year-old man dies after speeding bike skids in Hyderabad

Near the ESI second gate, while taking a right turn towards the Care Hospital main road, the rider allegedly lost control of the motorcycle due to speeding.

HYDERABAD: A 25-year-old man was killed and two others seriously injured after their motorcycle skidded and crashed while negotiating a curve near the Engineering Staff College in Khajaguda on Saturday.

The deceased, Abbas Siddiq, was travelling as a pillion rider. The injured were Sahasra Chattopadhyay and Abhijith Singh. All three were natives of West Bengal.

According to Raidurgam police, the trio was travelling from Khajaguda towards Anjayya Nagar. Near the ESI second gate, while taking a right turn towards the Care Hospital main road, the rider allegedly lost control of the motorcycle due to speeding.

Sahasra, the rider, and Abhijith, the middle pillion rider, sustained injuries and were shifted to Care Hospital. Abbas suffered fatal injuries and died at the spot.
