Hero launches ‘Ignitor’

Close on the heels of the launch of first Hero-branded scooter Maestro a month ago the Hero MotoCorp has launched the deluxe motorcycle Hero ‘Ignitor’.

Priced at Rs 56,498 for the drum-self-cast variant and Rs 58,516 for the disc-self-cast variant (ex-showroom prices) Ignitor comes with the power of new generation 125 cc ATFT engine which offers a peak power output of 11PS at 8000 rpm.

Other features include digital analog combo meter console, stylish split seat, classy  cowl, striking trapezoidal headlight, dazzling tail light, adjustable rear shock-absorbers,  body-coloured rear grip and dual tone rear view mirrors. It comes in four colours.

“We aim to bolster our presence in the growing deluxe segment. It combines sturdiness and superior technology,” said Ani Dua, senior vice-president (marketing and sales), Hero Moto Corp.
