In response to the growing number of individuals taking the GRE (Graduate Record Examination) to pursue a graduate or business school degree, the GRE authorities have opened a toll-free customer support centre.
The new GRE Customer Support Centre provides assistance and information for students registering, preparing for or planning to take the GRE revised General Test or a GRE Subject Test. Information about test preparation materials, test centres and dates, score reports and other test-related inquiries will be answered in English by the call centre staff.
India has a large number of GRE takers which is growing each year, said Dawn Piacentino, director of communications and services, GRE Program. The community has a high level of engagement with us on the GRE revised General Test page on Facebook, and we have offered a toll-free customer support in local time to further serve this significant and vibrant population.
The new GRE Customer Support Centre is accessible by phone toll-free directly at 000-800-100-4072, Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm.
