Nana Patekar is busy shooting in Belgaum for his Kannada debut titled, Yaksha. The film is produced by TP Siddaraju (of Dhuniya fame) and the film stars his son Yogish as lead hero and newcomer Roobi as heroine, who is from Delhi.

Nana’s action scenes with his co-stars were shot at the Kittur Fort in Belgaum. According to director Ramesh Bhagavath, the script of the film demanded the scenes to be shot in Belgaum and hence, they shot in that area and also at the borders of Karnataka.

The remaining cast includes Atul Kulkarni, Master Hirannaiah and the camera is handled by Chandrasekhar.
