The interesting folks of Ananthu v/s Nusarath

Sudheer Shanbogue’s directorial debut features Latha Hegde as Nusrath; director has roped in Ravi Shankar to play the lead’s client and Naina to play his colleague.

A Sharadhaa

Work on Vinay Rajkumar-starrer Ananthu v/s Nusrath started last week, and in Sudheer’s directorial debut the hero is a lawyer. City Express got hold of a few photographs from the sets, currently taking place in Halasuru. Latha Hegde is to play the female lead and will be joining the sets from November 13.
The movie has many other interesting characters and one of them will be played by Naina of Comedy Khiladgalu fame.

The actress who proved her mettle on the reality show has caught the attention of many filmmakers, and even shot for a cameo in KGF. She has nearly completed the shoot for another interesting comedy flick Jantar Mantar, and is now on the sets of Sudheer’s film. Naina will be seen as Santanalakshmi, who is lawyer Ananthu’s colleague.

The director is also roping in Ravi Shankar, who is known for his villain roles. He has time and again surprised the audience with his versatility, and he will be joining the sets from today.

Ravi Shankar has been making an effort to pick unusual roles and his part in Ananthu.. is one such. The uniqueness may well start with the name of the character -- Gavilinga Swamy Kethamaranahalli -- who is Ananthu’s client in the film. Ananthu v/s Nushrath has an interesting plotline and a movie to watch out for. The film has cinematography by Abhishek Kasargod and music by Sunadh Goutam.
