The three-film-old Advaitha seems to be a talent waiting to be exploited. After making her debut in Tamil with director Suseenthiran’s Azhagarsamiyin Kuthirai, her latest Kondan Koduthan is also getting positive feedback and she is happy about it. “In fact, Sagaakkal is my first Tamil movie and only later did I get to be a part of Azhagarsamiyin Kudhirai. Though Sagaakkal released a litte later, I owe all my credits to Sagaakkal team, because without them I wouldn’t have been in movies at all,” informs Advaitha.

But aren’t her roles similar in all three movies? “Yes. In fact, my looks in Sagaakal and Kondan Koduthan are almost the same. But character-wise, they are different. I choose roles based on the team I’m going to work with. It should be a good script and I should feel comfortable working with the people around. These are the major concerns for me,” says the Mangalore-based actress.

While Advaitha hasn’t signed any movie now, she is busy on the theatre front. “I’m part of a theatre group called Samashti and currently we have been staging a play called Ms Sudharame. We are at our 25th show now and it’s very successful,” says Advaitha, who is a management graduate and has a diploma in theatre as well.

A trained classical dancer, she is currently pursuing her Masters in drama and dance and wants to be a part of good movies.
