Now that Vikram has completed the shooting of the Vijay Chander-directorial, Sketch, sources say that the actor will commence shooting for his next film, Saamy 2.
The film, which will bring back the collaboration of Vikram and director Hari after Arul (2003), is a sequel to the 2003 film, Saamy.
Touted to be a true sequel, Saamy 2 will have Trisha reprising the role of Vikram’s wife.
Keerthy Suresh is also one of the leads for the film.
While the rest of the cast is yet to be confirmed, it is known that Devi Sri Prasad has been roped in as the composer.Saamy 2 will be predominantly shot in Chennai and Tirunelveli.
