Recently seen in Suriya’s Thaanaa Serndha Koottam, Kalaiyarasan has recently wrapped up a film titled Mugam. Directed by newbie Sridhar, it’ll be a suspense thriller. Talking about the film, Kalaiyarasan says, “We recently completed shooting for the film and the post-production work is going on in full swing. I cannot divulge more as saying anything about it will give away the film’s story. All I can say is that the first half of the film will be in complete contrast to the second.”
Also starring RK Suresh, the film has Arundathi playing the female lead. Achu Rajamani, whose recent track Pondatti from Goli Soda 2 has gone viral, has handled the music for this film while cinematographer Ballu, who’s awaiting the release of Ghajinikanth, is also on board.
Meanwhile, Kalaiyarasan has a slew of pending releases such as China, Pattinapakkam, Kaalakkoothu, Kalavu, and Titanic.
