Releasing amidst high-profile releases this Sankranthi, director Merlapaka Gandhi’s upcoming film Express Raja has emerged as an underdog in the festive box-office battle. An unperturbed director, who previously helmed Venkatadri Express, says the movie will be fast-paced and entertaining. “The film will have a racy screenplay and so will the hero’s characterization. We felt Express Raja is an apt title for this movie,” shares Gandhi.Shedding further light on the film, he says, “There are five stories in the movie that are interlinked with one another. It is an entertaining love story.”
