KOCHI:  Declining the request by KPCC chief M M Hassan to stay away from the Thomas Chandy’s case, Congress Rajya Sabha MP and senior Supreme Court lawyer Vivek Tankha appeared before the Kerala High Court for Thomas Chandy in the land encroachment case on Tuesday. Before commencing his arguments, Vivek Tankha informed the court that he faced the ire of many for appearing for Thomas Chandy in the case and a few persons waved black flags at him.
