One feared dead, several injured as Gurdwara collapses in Haryana

CHANDIGARH: At least one person was feared dead and six others injured when the roof of Gurdwara Shri Guru Singh Sahib collapsed in Panipat, Haryana on Monday evening.

Some devotees were preparing langar when the incident occurred, and it was feared that several people were trapped under the rubble.

Around five people have been rescued till now by the district administration. The injured were sent to the Kalpana Chawla Medical College in Karnal and a hospital in Khanpur.
