SITAPUR: A 32-year-old woman was injured after her neighbours threw acid on her following an argument here, police said on Wednesday.

The acid was from a car battery, they said.

Anita, who suffered minor injuries, was sent home after primary medical aid at the district hospital, the police said, adding a case was registered against four people.

They said the accused were at large and will be nabbed soon.
