NEW DELHI: All India Football Federation (AIFF) president Praful Patel said that the national organisation has to take steps to develop the game in all spheres.
"We need to develop football collectively in all spheres with smarter integration with all our external stakeholders. It will go a long way in developing football in the country," Patel said after inaugurating the new-look site of the AIFF.
On the new website, Patel said: "In the age of information technology it was a need to improve our website (the-aiff.com) and provide a better experience to the fans and followers of Indian football."
The revamped website (the-aiff.com) will provide all the news of Indian football and start with the Nehru Cup tournament that opens at the Ambedkar Stadium here from Wednesday.
