Goa's Shourya, Yash, Aashutosh in National Sub Junior Badminton Camp

A total of 90 young players from different States have been selected to participate in the coaching camps which are being held in two phases.

PANAJI:  Goa's Shourya Joshi, Yash Halarnkar and Aashutosh Dhavalikar have been selected to attend the National Sub Junior Badminton Camp at 'Padukone-Dravid Sports Centre for Excellence', Bangalore.

According to a statement from Goa Badminton Association here on Friday, the National Sub-Junior Summer Coaching Camp is an initiative taken by Badminton Association of India to train talented young Badminton Players from each state.

The Coaching Camp is being conducted under the guidance of Legendary Prakash Padukone, U Vimal Kumar and a team of coaches.

A total of 90 young players from different States have been selected to participate in the coaching camps which are being held in two phases.

Phase one has been completed and phase two is currently underway.

The camp is a good exposure to the youngsters from all States to get high quality coaching and practice in a professional set-up along side India's best young talents.

The camp would conclude on July 15, the statement added.
