Incessant rains during the last five days may have brought cheers to the people by bringing down the temperatures across the state, however, the sad news is that there were not much inflows in major reservoirs.
As against the combined storage of 39.783 TMC in the five reservoirs, the present level of water is 6.685 TMC as against 12.321 TMC last year. This is a very precarious situation.
