Even as speculation is doing rounds over the fate of the remaining tainted ministers in the Cabinet after the sacking of Sabitha Indra Reddy and Dharmana Prasada Rao, it is learnt that chief minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy is considering dropping from the Cabinet two of his detractors--health minister DL Ravindra Reddy and endowments minister C Ramachandraiah.

Since Kiran Reddy is leaving for Delhi on May 29 to participate in an official programme there on May 30, he is likely to seek his party high command’s nod for the reshuffle of Cabinet.

It is learnt that Kiran Reddy has made up his mind to drop Ravindra Reddy and Ramachandraiah, who have been troubling him for quite sometime.

Meanwhile, competition for ministerial berths is growing with veterans to first-timers trying to persuade chief minister Kiran Reddy.

Meanwhile, deputy chief minister C Damodara Rajanarasimha is planning to go to Delhi on May 28 to lobby with the AICC top brass for the home portfolio, which is with Kiran Reddy following the resignation of Sabitha.
