VISAKHAPATNAM: VUDA will conduct an open auction for allotment of 57 plots in layouts in Visakhapatnam and Vizianagaram areas. The auction would be held on Sept 6. Applications would be received online till Sept 5.
The auction will be held for 11 plots in Sontyam, 11 in Madhurawada layout opposite the Haritha project, nine in Cyber Valley Sector-I layout and three in Cyber Valley Sector-II in Madhurawada. Two plots in Adibhatla Nagar, four in Kummaripalem layout, nine in Kapuluppada Chilukuri joint venture layout, three plots in Kurmannapalem Town Centre layout, one each in Bheemili, Kurmannapalem Phase-V and Godavari Township joint venture layout at Narava and two odd bits in Kanapaka Ayyannapeta layout in Vizianagaram are also for sale.
