V Srinivasa Prasad for violating the model code of conduct (MCC) twice.According to the notices served, Prasad held an election campaign in a school premises in Badanavalu and gave Rs 100 to one Puttathayamma during the campaign at Devarasanahalli village, both of which amounted to MCC violations.He has been asked to reply to the notices within 24 hours, failing which action will be initiated against him.
