KOCHI : Former minister Thomas Isaac was issued a fresh notice by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) to appear for interrogation on January 22 as part of a probe into the Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA) violations in raising Masala Bonds by Kerala Infrastructure Investment Fund Board (KIIFB).
Isaac is the vice-chairman of KIIFB. He is yet to respond to the notice.
