Another unit of AT sealed

The Economic Offences Wing (EOW) on Friday sealed another property of the Seashore Group in Sahid Nagar area of the City.

The 3,000-sq ft premises was being used as a dal packaging unit by the company. This is the 14th property of the group which has been sealed off by the enforcement agency after it was accused of running illegal money circulation schemes.

Earlier in the day, Chairman of Artha Tatwa Group Pradip Sethi and two of his subordinates - Manoj Patnaik and Srikrushna Panda - were brought on remand by Commissionerate Police. The three will remain in police custody for five days during which the police will crosscheck the new evidence it has got from investigation.
