Solar meet on November 8

The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE),  Bhubaneswar chapter, is set to host the second Odsiha Solar Conference on November 8, drawing major industrial players in the sector as well as stakeholders to a common platform here.

The conference to be organised in association with Cleantech SIG and Canyon Consultancy Pvt Ltd will be inaugurated by Minister for Forest and Environment Bijayshree Routray. Large and small industries, renewable purchase obligation entities, institutions, hotels, NGOs and CSR professionals would attend the meet.

Major PSUs like MCL, Power Exchange India Ltd, Gujarat Energy Research and Management Institute, Renewable Energy Corporation are among the participants.

Case studies like the Megawattscale roof-top solar project in Gandhinagar, 24x7 solar thermal project in Spain, biomass solar hybrid project in Maharashtra and Odisha’s first net-metre based household project in Bhubaneswar will be presented and discussed.
