Durga Saptasati in Telugu Text Soon

HYDERABAD: Chief Minister KCR will bring out a souvenir on the Ayuta Maha Chandi Yagam, scheduled to be held from December 23 to 27 at his farmhouse in Erravalli village in Medak district.

Sringeri Sharada Peetham pontiff Sri Jagadguru Sankaracharya Sri Bharati Tirtha Swamy has extended his greetings to KCR for his efforts to bring out a souvenir which will have the text of Durga Saptasati in Telugu script.

In a letter to the CM, Sringeri Bharati Tirtha Swamy said that all the devotees should be motivated to recite Durga Saptasati to get blessings of the Goddess.

Durga Saptasati has a special significance, which is available in Markandeya Puranam, Bharati Tirtha said and expressed happiness over CM’s effort to bring out the same in Telugu text.

CM Participates in Shata Chandi Yagam

KCR, along with his wife Shobha, on Thursday participated in the Shata Chandi Yagam performed by Ibrahimpatnam MLA Manchireddy Kishan Reddy at Eliminedu in Ibrahimpatnam mandal.
