Swine flu claims one more life in Telangana, toll rises to 21

The Government, in a bulletin here, said 19 among 126 samples tested yesterday were found positive for the H1N1 virus.

HYDERABAD: A fresh death due to swine flu and other complications has been reported in Telangana, where the toll since August 1 last year rose to 21, the State Government said today.
    
The Government, in a bulletin here, said 19 among 126 samples tested yesterday were found positive for the H1N1 virus.
    
One death was reported yesterday, it said.
    
As many as 5,355 samples were tested for swine flu till yesterday since August 1 last year and 667 were found positive, it said.
    
Sufficient stock of medicines and testing kits were available in the state, the release added.
