Friday evening, the Bollywood musical Zangoora: The Gypsy Prince created history at the Kingdom of Dreams as it staged the 1000th show. A mesmerising fantasy tale, the enchanting Zangoora has had an eventful journey since 2010 with celebrities expressing their joy and wonder at its magical charm.

It was a moment of euphoria as well as nostalgia as the entire team of Zangoora performed the 1000th show and entertained the audiences with a special encore. The complete cast and crew walked down the memory lane reminiscing performances that wowed everyone yet again. The curtain call was followed by celebratory champagne popping on stage with the final bow by the team.

Hussain Kuwajerwala, Kashmira Irani and Gauahar Khan, the leading stars of Zangoora, shared incident anecdotes and backstage tid-bits with the crowd. Viraf Sarkari, Director, Kingdom of Dreams and the producer of Zangoora, said, “We are thrilled on achieving this fantastic landmark! It seems like only yesterday when the first show was rolling out.”
