Possession of child pornography punishable under POCSO, rules SC

The Supreme Court on September 23 ruled that mere possession of child pornography is punishable under the POCSO Act. The top court also suggested that Parliament bring an ordinance to replace the term "child pornography" with "child sexual exploitative and abuse material" (CSEAM).
