Former Tamil Nadu Congress Committee (TNCC) chief EVKS Elangovan is no more. He passed away on December 14 after being hospitalized two weeks ago owing to a respiratory ailment. The 75-year-old was active in public life for over 40 years. He served both as an MP in the Lok Sabha and an MLA in the Tamil Nadu assembly.
