Speaking on the three-language policy debate in Parliament, Madurai MP Su. Venkatesan responded to Minister Piyush Goyal’s remark that "opposing Hindi means opposing the nation itself." Countering this, Venkatesan said, "Opposing Hindi imposition is what truly strengthens India. It’s India, not Hindia."
