Samrat Choudhary took oath as Bihar's Chief Minister as the first-ever BJP leader on April 15. Governor Lt Gen Syed Ata Hasnain (retd) administered the oath. Top leaders of the ruling NDA in Bihar attended the ceremony. The 57-year-old began his political journey in 1990.
