Story of Alluri: The hero Ram Charan portrayed in RRR

TNIE speaks to Editor of Jagruti magazine, Dr Goparaju Narayana Rao who has also authored two books on the revolutionary warrior #AlluriSitaramaRaju. Dr Rao narrates anecdotes of how Alluri, who arrived at KD Peta in Visakhapatnam as a spiritual aspirant, went on to wage the longest tribal uprising in the Manyam region. Alluri Sitaram Raju at the age of 18, led the Rampa Rebellion in 1922. '#RRR' displays #RamCharan and Jr NTR recreating the fairly young versions of Alluri Sitarama Raju and Komaram Bheem — the groundbreaking freedom warriors from Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
