GUNTUR: Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) leaders and activists staged a protest in front of Narayana Junior College at Reddypalem in Guntur district on Friday. BJYM district president Ch Ashok demanded a probe by a sitting judge into suicides of 40 students in Narayana colleges across the State in the last three years. “The parents are expressing doubts over student suicides.
Hence, the State government should take action against Ministers Narayana and Ganta Srinivasa Rao,” Ashok said. He said that Narayana College management is organising classes in an apartment at Reddypalem. The college has no playground, no fire safety equipment, but still it got permission to conduct classes, he added.The students and activists participated in the protest.
