BENGALURU: The Bangalore Development Authority has set up a help desk for Arkavathy Layout allottees at its public relations office, and it will function on Fridays between 3 pm and 5 pm.
According to an official release, the help desk will provide information, receive applications from allottees and redress grievances of landowners pertaining to the Arkavathy Layout.

The assistant executive engineers of the North Division, the Superintendents of Administration Department and a top official of the land acquisition department will man the desk, the release said.

In a message, Bhaskar Reddy of the Arkavathy Layout Allottees Association alleged, “BDA is trying to fool people again. We had asked for five wings of BDA to be part of the help desk and it should work six days a week.”
