BENGALURU: The Director of St John’s National Academy of Health Sciences, Fr Paul Parathazham, on Thursday tendered an unconditional apology to the High Court for publishing an objectionable notification on the college website.

In the notification dated March 19 published on the college’s website, Paul stated that the college was confident of getting a favourable verdict from the High Court validating PG admissions for 2017-18. Paul told a division bench of Justices Jayant Patel and N K Sudhindra Rao that the notification would be withdrawn by 5pm on Thursday.

The bench clarified that the interim order staying the admission for PG courses in the college will continue. The matter is listed for hearing on April 3.
