Cab driver hacked to death, financial dispute suspected

BENGALURU: A 34-year-old cab driver was murdered at Jakkasandra on Wednesday night.
Police suspect Subramani, a resident of Jakkasandra, was killed over a rivalry or a conflict over finances.
Police said around 11 pm on Wednesday, Subramani returned home from work, parked his car and went for a walk nearby. About three-four armed persons ambushed him, hacked him and fled.
Passers-by took Subramani to a nearby hospital, where he succumbed after some time. He was earlier a resident of Bandepalya and had recently moved to Jakkasandra. Madiwala police have registered a case
