KOCHI: Preethi, household appliances from Maya Appliances(MAL), announced new products and schemes in Kerala.
It launched a new mixer grinder, Preethi Easy Grind. The features of the two-litre grinder include easy locking, moving and lifting arrangements. Preethi Nitro with a 600 W motor comes in two variants in a classy robust finish.
Durairajan V, CEO, MAL, told mediapersons here that the company has also planned various schemes for Onam season in Kerala, with attractive exchange schemes, free consumer gifts ranging from gas stoves to kettle across mixer models.
Preethi enjoys a market share of around 20 percent in the mixer grinder segment of the Kerala market, 25 percent in South India and 10 percent at the national level.
It is expected that 1 lakh mixer grinder would be sold in Kerala during the Onam season. The target for this year in Kerala is 50 percent of the market share in the sale of mixer grinder.
