HP launches 24-inch HP DesignJet T830 multifunction printer for architects, engineers

NEW DELHI: HP Inc on Friday launched the HP DesignJet T830 24-inch multifunction printer for architects, engineers and construction teams to collaborate onsite and across sites by printing, copying, scanning and sharing plans with a single device.

"HP multifunction printers open new ways to help professional teams communicate and collaborate using a single device empowering them to share easily, including agile transitions from digital to hard copy and back," Guayente Sanmartin, General Manager and Global Head, HP Large Format Design Printing, HP Inc, said in a statement.

In its first product demonstration, T830 printer will debut at Autodesk University, Las Vegas, from November 14 to 16.

"With the latest HP Designjet portfolio, we aim to reinvent the print experience by bringing in technological intelligence to meet the large format printing needs of the consumers in today's digital age," added Devang Karia, Country Manager-Large Format Design, PPS-GSB, HP Inc India.

In another HP DesignJet product development, HP announced the expansion of HP Click software to all HP DesignJet T-series printers. 

With no need for a driver, the software offers easy, simple one-click printing, plus drag and drop multipage PDF printing and real-print preview, while optimising media usage and costs.
