BANGALORE: Nasir, the Bangalore serial blasts’ mastermind is said to have confessed before the police about his close links with PDP leader Abdul Nasir Madani.

Madani’s wife who is also said to have been under the police scanner for her links with Nasir is also being questioned, police sources said.

Meanwhile, the Bangalore police team has taken three aides of Nasir, out of four persons detained by Kerala police two days ago, for interrogation in Kerala.

The arrested are said to have helped Nasir to plan the Bangalore blasts. They were arrested following revelations by Nasir. The police team is questioning them for having helped Nasir in procuring explosives for the Bangalore blasts and their transportation through Saunu Sattar (now in jail).

The police also questioned the owner of the shop at Perumbavoor in Ernakulam from where about 200 kg of ammonium nitrate, was procured.
