BANGALORE: Zynga Inc, the world’s largest social game developer, recently organised its first fan celebration event outside the United States, in Bangalore. Hosted by the Zynga India team, the event gave ardent fans an exclusive opportunity to celebrate their much-loved games with other enthusiasts in the city.

It also provided fans an ideal opportunity to engage with the makers of their favorite games and participate in the launch of the ‘Zynga Games India Fan Club’, a unique platform to explore and engage with Zynga.

During the launch, over 100 Zynga fans were introduced to the makers of their favourite games and connected with each other as they played along in real time. The enthusiasm was evident as the Zynga gamers added new neighbours, discussed game guides, tips, tricks and strategies and also received updates on the latest in social gaming. Thrilled at the overwhelming participation in Bangalore and requests from enthusiasts in other parts of the country, Zynga intends to engage with the large fan base in India through similar events in the future.

“The fan celebration events are a testimony of Zynga’s vision to connect the world through games. We look forward to meeting and learning from many more fans from across the country,” said Shan Kadavil, Country Manager, Zynga India.
