BANGALORE: A two-day workshop on ‘Latest Technologies on Product Lifecycle Management’ was organised by Department of Mechanical Engineering, JSS Academy of Technical Education in association with Dassault Systemes at their premises recently. The objective of the workshop was to educate the faculty members about recent trends in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
The workshop introduced the faculty members to various aspects of PLM such as ENOVIA V6 along with in-depth presentations of the authoring tools like CATIA and 3DVIA with live exercise on the systems. Professor T S Mruthyunjaya, IISc Bangalore and Professor Ramani, principal of NTTF were present during the event.
