BANGALORE: A dozen senior UK representatives from the bio-pharmaceutical and health science sector will be in Bangalore for the UK-India Innovation and Leadership Meeting at IIM-Bangalore on March 5 and 6 to explore and expand partnerships with India.

B r i t i s h D e p u t y High Commissioner, Bangalore, Ian Felton, said: “The meeting next week will showcase joint Indo-UK research, host winners of a bio-business plan competition and celebrate bio-entrepreneurial success stories in India.

It will also discuss barriers and facilitators to innovation in the pharma industry and trends and developments in managing supply chains globally.” Representatives from Kings College and Research Councils UK (RCUK) are expected to participate in the event
