BANGALORE: Holi, the festival of colours turned into a tragedy for 18-year-old Syed Aneesh, a resident of Ganganagar. Syed suffered an eye injury when someone threw an egg on his right eye.Chairman and Managing Director of Narayana Nethralaya, Dr K Bhujang Shetty said Syed was brought to the hospital at 2:30 pm on Thrusday with severe bleeding, swollen eye and damaged cornea.
“The egg was thrown directly at his right eye and he has suffered some quantity of loss of vision. His case will be reviewed on Friday”, he added.
