BANGALORE: A 23-year-old man was killed and his collegue severely injured after a car ran over them near Ibbalur Junction on Sarjapur Road on Sunday evening.
The deceased has been identified as Mohith, a marketing executive in a real estate company.
His father Lingaraju is a Head Constable in KSRP Ninth Battalion.
His colleague Sourav, a native of Assam, has been admitted to a private hospital.
His condition is said to be out of danger.
The police said that the accident occurred when the control over the vehicle was lost when he tried to avoid a stray cattle.
