A two-day art exhibition was held at Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Doddaballapur, Bangalore (Rural) district recently to showcase products made by the students of the institute.
In the arts corner, there were clay models, paintings, free drawing and pencil sketches displayed. Glass paintings, woollen mats, gift boxes and bangle stands made of waste also caught the attention of people.
Students from different schools in Doddaballapur also visited the exhibition. They were not only enthralled by the exhibition but also drew inspiration and learnt how to make these products at home. The initiative was taken by the school authorities to encourage students to explore their interests.
