The students of Valliammal Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Anna Nagar brought pride to their school with their wins in the Ignite ‘XPO 2013’ organised by Dr MGR University recently.
Students won prizes in various competitions such as creative writing, singing, vegetable carving, computer gaming, dumb charades and PowerPoint presentation and received cash awards amounting to more than `7,000.
More than 60 schools took part in the cultural event where Valliammal proudly lifted the overall Championship Trophy.
