A junior civil engineer was killed on Thursday when an unidentified vehicle rammed into his bike. The deceased is Kiran Kumar (32), a resident of Kumara Park, who worked at the BBMP office in Sanjay Nagar.
Kumar was thrown several feet into the air when the vehicle hit his bike and he sustained severe head injuries. Passers-by took him to a nearby hospital, where he was declared brought dead.
High Grounds police are looking at CCTV footage from the area to identify the vehicle.
