Easy Bangle Holder

Organising bangles is a very tedious affair and often buying a bangle holder is expensive. So this week we try to rehash some trash into a beautiful bangle holder

Varsha Gopinathan

Step 1

Break  the glass bangles into small pieces either using your hand, or with a pair of pliers. Remember to be careful not to hurt yourself.  Also beware of the glass dust that will fly around while cutting the bangles in case you are using pliers. Use a waste deep box as a closed room to break bangles.

Step 2

Mark and make deep cuts for your tissue paper roll. This will act as the bangle holder.

Step 3

Leaving a small beading space, cut the rest of the portion.

Cut the OHP sheet so as to fit the lid of the box. Glue it and let it dry.

Step 4

Paint the box with a

colour of your choice. After it dries, start gluing the broken bangle pieces on the box and the lid. Try and fill as much as possible and let it dry. Once it dries shake the box well so that all the piece that has not glued properly fall and you can glue them again.

Step 5

Apply varnish and allow to dry a final time. Your Bangle Holder is ready to use.
