BENGALURU: IPS officer Syed Ulfat Hussain was conferred with the Tipu Sultan award by the Tipu Sultan Associate Organisations at the Tipu Summer Palace in the city on Wednesday.
IPS officers Gopal Hosur and HT Sangliana were also to be conferred with the award but they could not make it due to prior appointments, said the organisers.
