Bengaluru Railway station renamed as Krantiveera Sangolli Rayanna station

BENGALURU: Railway Minister Suresh Prabhu laid the foundation stone on Sunday for the Yelahanka-penukonda, Arisikere-tumakuru and Hubbali-chikjajur doubling projects.   

He also laid foundation stone by remote for the road over bridge at Koppal and commissioned the road over bridge at Davangere. The City railway station was officially renamed as Krantiveera Sangolli Rayanna (bengaluru) station. Cm Siddaramiah, former PM Deve Gowda, ministers Ananth Kumar, Venkaiah Naidu took part.
